Documents by post for translation service in Ireland
Translations by E-mail and Post in Ireland and the UK
We understand the everyone is on a tight schedule, which is why you do not need to come to our office if you don’t have the time. All you need is to send the documents by email, we translate them and then send back the certified translation to you within 2 – 3 days.
Technology is changing the way translation agencies do business. The economy has become globalized and communication advances allow us to do things we couldn’t do in the past. We can offer you a certified translation without you ever having to leave your home. If you live in Ireland, you don’t have to come into our office to get a quote or translation. You can do it all from your computer!
You can find more information about the services
we offer, or book a consultation with our of our Irish advisors
by clicking on the Contact Us tab above. We’re here to help.
а) E-mail - This is the most common scenario if you only need to certify translations, but not the originals: 1. Scan or take a picture (from a smart phone is fine) of your documents 2. Email the image to firstname.lastname@example.org 3. Describe the purpose for translation, put your return address clearly and 1 or 2 contact phone numbers. We will contact you as soon as we have received the documents. Once we agree on the price and timeline, we will complete the translation and send you draft copy for your approval. Finally, we will certify the translation and post the hard copy.
b) Post - If you need the original to be certified or cannot send an email: 1. Post a letter to us to: FAO: Alex, Document Translation Services, 1st Floor, 33 Bachelors Walk, Dublin 1. Please use registered post. Describe your order in detail and write the return address and your contact details. We will contact you as soon as we have received the translation.
с) Fax. You can fax the documents to us: Fax: (01) 872 8179. And again, please send detailed description and contact details.
Costs: Posting the document will cost 3 euro for regular post and 8 euro for the registered post. This may be affected by the weight of a letter. You will need to make a payment after we agree on the quote for the translation. The money can be transferred to: Bank account available on request
Otherwise, you can call us in advance, describe your order and then send the check, bank draft or postal order in the letter. Please quote European Translation and Interpreting Services on the checks.
