We can advise you on the most cost effective type of certification whether it is a Notary, Solicitor, Translator Certification of a true copy of the original, Apostille, etc.
We offer discounts for large volume documents, can make appointments with legal specialists and provide an English language interpreter should you feel you might require one.
We guarantee that your documents, be it for Immigration, Marriage, Legal, Business or any other purpose, are correctly prepared and certified where necessary.
Notary translation includes translation of the document and its certification by a notary. It is often referred to as translation with a notary certification or notarised translation.
Notary translation of documents from English into a foreign language is required for their use abroad. Please note in some cases notary certification may not be enough and the document might have to be legalised by means of Apostilling or consular legalisation, depending on the rules in the country the document is to be used in.
Generally, notary translation and Apostille are sufficient. Please confirm in advance with the competent authorities of the destination country in what language the document should be provided (should there be several official languages) as well as what kind of the legalisation is required. It will help you prepare the documents correctly and in timely manner.
Officially, notary certification is also called “translator’s signature notary certification”, which is carried out as follows:
Translation is attached to the original document or the certified copy of the original document and becomes an integral part of it, the translator signs the declaration in the presence of a notary and the notary certifies the authenticity of the signature. The translator or the agency has to have a written agreement with the notary to perform such certification.
An alternative to notary certification can be a certification of the translated document with the translation company seal and it can be carried out in cases where:
Please note that these forms of authenticity constitute a separate service that can be ordered when you are placing your translation order. Let us know what type of certification you require so that it can be taken into account during the preparation of your documents.
Please note that certification services are provided only for the documents prepared or translated by our company. If you already have your document translated and require a certification only, we perform validation prior to putting our signature on the document. Validation is performed at an additional charge.
