These data you will share with us when sending in a personal and confidential document for translation or simply inquiring about a quote or when you make an online payment.

What Rights Do Clients Have With Regards To The Collection Of Data?

As a Certified Translation Services client, you have a right to access, rectification, objection, deletion and restriction of your personal data collected by us. Do We Share Your Personal Data With Third Parties?

We share your personal information solely with banks as part of the payment processes and to comply with anti-money laundering legislation. Your personal data may be shared with a translator based outside the European Union, but this is covered under the data privacy policy as part of your order and under no circumstances jeopardises your rights or confidentiality of your personal data. All our members of staff and partners have signed and abode by non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) or any relevant supplements thereto.

How Long Is Personal Data Stored For?

At present the minimum legally prescribed storage period is 6 years. Some information, especially that contained in your documents we receive for translation is stored and retained for a much shorter period of time.
